The building was constructed over the old foundations of a mansion demolished shortly before the Second World War, utilising existing underground walkways connecting the new building to the existing Tenants Hall. |
| Our involvement: | Installation of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, gas, hot & cold water
installations, lighting/power installations, intruder and fire alarms.
All services were routed via the walkways from a new plant room constructed mid-way between the Tenants Hall and the New Hall. A new swimming pool complex was also serviced by us, the pool construction/filtration plant and controls being sub-contracted to a specialist company. |
