Project:

Construction of new reception classroom with connecting walkway, lobby and toilets for the Governors of St Margaret Ward Primary School.

The building is a "stand alone" extension of the existing school, of traditional brick construction, connected to the existing via a new covered walkway and fully serviced from the existing installations.

Our involvement:

Design and installation of modified/extended heating, ventilation, hot and cold water systems, lighting/power installations, fire alarms and emergency lighting.

The existing services in the vicinity of the extension were increased/re-enforced and new insulated underground supplies were run to serve the new building.

Contract value approx: £31,000
