Project:

Construction of new library and resource centre for the governors of All Saint's Catholic College.

The building is an extension of the existing school of portal frame construction. Connected to the existing via a new corridor and fully serviced from the existing installations.

Our involvement:

Design and installation of modified/extended heating, ventilation, hot and cold water installations, lighting/power installations, intruder/fire alarms and emergency lighting.

The existing services in the vicinity of the extension were increased/re-enforced and the main boiler house circulating pumps were replaced to accommodate the increased demand.
