Project:

Construction of new 2-storey teaching block and extension to the administration block.

The teaching block is a "stand alone" extension of the existing school, of traditional brick construction, whilst the administration block was fully refurbished and extended.

Our involvement:

Design and installation of new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, hot and cold water installations, lighting/power installations, intruder/fire alarms, emergency lighting and CCTV systems.

A new plant room was formed incorporating new gas fired boiler plant, automatic controls and electrical distribution.

Contract value approx: £281,000

 

Longworth Maintenance Services holds the on-going maintenance contract for the buildings.
